The International market, Ariaria, along Faulks Road Aba, has witness a face-lift as ASEPA commences on the enhancement of a free flow of traffic and debris removal along Faulks Road, Aba.
Faulks Road in Aba is one of the numerous strategic roads to be recently reconstructed by the Peoples Governor of Abia state Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, in order to create good access road to the second international market, East of the Niger.
Ariaria International market is the commercial nerve center of Abia State, over qthe years it has experienced serious vehicle and human traffic, due to the occasion display of traders and their commodities along the road, pedestrian path and vehicle parking discriminately.
To tackle the above problem, the ASEPA DGM, Hon. Chief Rowland Nwakanma, has begun the “operation keep Faulks road clean”, an exercise that is geared towards ensuring that no trader will be allowed to trade and display their goods along the road and as well that people of the area do not dump their refuse indiscriminately.
